- Ah, Ari...as altruistic as ever.

Okay, so just as a heads up, my computer is acting really weird and I have a bad feeling that it might croak pretty soon (it took so long to finish page because the computer kept on shutting itself off in the middle...)so if I'm absent for a bit it's because I have no computer :( Here's hoping it can hang on until I get a new one though!

The Overland contest is still going on, by the way!

Some more details about the contest (thanks krazy!) - @krazydog: The current deadline is February 13th (though it might change depending on whether people need more time).

As for people's colors...I don't have any true colored pictures of anyone but Viktor made but Sofia's dress is more or less black and white (though the white part is more cream, I suppose...) and for Ari..well, his coat is brown and his tie is red (and he has green eyes, as you've seen here and there). Other than that he can wear...anything, really. Oh, and Tak (if anyone feels like drawing him!) has platinum blonde hair and brown eyes). But please, don't be afraid to dress anybody in whatever you want, I made it a free-for-all challenge just for that, so have fun!

Oh, and this is important. Except for Sophia, everyone tends to have a more...dead complexion (this doesn't mean everyone's skin is white since there are darker colored people who appear in the cast later on but everyone's skin tends to lack warm colors, so those who are darker are more on the grey/blue-ish brown side than a red-ish brown.) There's a reason for this that will be explained in the next chapter, but for knowledge's sake, here it is. So as far as characters introduced so far...Ari, Viktor and Tak have white skin, which, when shaded tends to be a bit purple (or blue..or any "cooler" color). Sophia is a warm brown.

I...should probably show this visually, shouldn't I. Figures that I'm stupid and don't give you all enough information for the contest! XD;
